Helianic means "like the sun", powerful, direct, always on. Light travels fast, unerring, in straight lines. Similarly, we create straight lines from problem to solution.

All too often technology projects create more problems than they solve. The intended purpose is achieved, but the new system increases workload elsewhere. For example, an employee self-serve portal might decrease work for HR department, but certainly increases it for IT At least that impact is measureable. It is more difficult to gauge the impact of employee time spent using the new portal. In the aggregate, you may have been better off when the automated function was a purely HR task. Or maybe, there is a better way to achieve the gain originally sought?

We are different, and this is where we truly shine. Any technology project worth undertaking must achieve a net gain in effeciency and value.

We focus on communication solutions because that's where we see the greatest productivity loss. Back to our example, maybe the reason you wanted the self-serve portal was to streamline back-and-forth communication between your work force and the HR department. A poor (and sadly common) solution focuses on a fancy employee portal. A thorough solution focuses on the efficiency gains.

Helianic embraces this philosophy. We identify the effeciency gains that can be achieved with certainty, and focuses on these. Effective communications ask direct questions and receive relevant, qualifiable, answers.
